Your Own Secure Project Area

We aim to keep the entire design process from start to finish as simple as possible for everyone.

We provide all our customers with their own Project Management Panel upon sign-up. You will receive your login details for this when you place an order.

Login to you project panel to review your project and check progress at any time you like.

One-to-One Communication

You will be given your own designer(s) for the duration of the design. You can email your designer at any time, and upload any ideas or image files you may have. This makes is very easy to share your thoughts & leave feedback.

Receive Tickets Notifications from your designer(s) These are also emailed to you & you can open a new ticket at any time.

View new project files online. You can also leave comments on each file/image which is uploaded. We will be notified of you feedback immediately.

Manage Invoices & Payments

You can vew your Current Invoices, Payment History & Make Payments securely online.

We use PayPal as the primary payment method, but you can also send us a cheque for payment should you need to.

All your payments will be retained in your Project Panel for future reference.
